These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Supercar Day in the Shire event ("Event"). By registering and/or participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Event.

1. Event Registration

   To participate in the Event, you must register through the registration process provided on the Supercar Day in the Shire website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Supercar Day in the Shire reserves the right to reject any registration in its sole discretion.

2. Event Conduct

   You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner during the Event. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could be disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to other participants or attendees. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Event.

3. Release and Waiver

   By participating in the Event, you release and waive any and all claims you may have against Supercar Day in the Shire, its affiliates, sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers for any injuries, damages, or other harm you may suffer as a result of your participation in the Event. You acknowledge that participating in the Event involves inherent risks and that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

4. Photography and Recording

   Supercar Day in the Shire may take photographs, videos, or other recordings during the Event. By participating in the Event, you grant Supercar Day in the Shire the right to use and distribute such photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional or other purposes without compensation to you.

5. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supercar Day in the Shire, its affiliates, sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or other losses arising out of your participation in the Event or any breach of these Terms.

6. Modification of Terms

   Supercar Day in the Shire reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Event after any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event takes place. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Event shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by Supercar Day in the Shire.

8. Entire Agreement

   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Supercar Day in the Shire with respect to your participation in the Event and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
